The TS Procurement Specialist provides effective support for vendors’ database, pricing, purchase request and IT assets records.

• Interfaces with TS Procurement Senior Officer to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
• Assists in canvassing, preparing, processing PR/PO.
• Reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items, and manages approval process.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and risk
• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to Procurement Senior Officer.
• Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to the requestors through Service Desks.
• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports nonconformance’s.

• Monitors and maintain records and inventories of IT purchased assets in Asset Inventory Tracker
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
