The main responsibilities of a JUNIOR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTANT include:

Support job cost reviews and data prep
-
Timesheet checks and basic reconciliations
-
Assist with billing prep and invoicing
-
Maintain trackers, reports, and finance documentation
-
General finance admin support for internal stakeholders
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Experience & Background

0–2 years experience in finance, accounting, business admin, or similar
-
Degree not essential (recent grads or career switchers welcome)

Exposure to finance processes is a bonus, not a requirement

Confident communicator (not afraid to ask questions)

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable

Eager to learn systems, processes, and “how things work.”

Comfortable with repetition and admin-heavy tasks
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

Takes ownership of tasks quickly

Improves accuracy and turnaround over time

Builds trust with the onshore finance team

Becomes the “safe pair of hands” for day-to-day finance ops
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
