This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and team management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will influence architecture, mentor engineers, ensure delivery quality, and help shape the future of our product and engineering culture.

The main responsibilities of a LEAD FULL STACK ENGINEER include:
- Lead and Mentor: Provide technical direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Architect and Build: Drive design and architectural decisions for scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Hands-On Development: Contribute to codebases using our modern stack — React, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS — while ensuring best practices and coding standards.
- Project Ownership: Oversee the delivery of complex projects from planning through deployment, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Quality and Performance: Implement and enforce rigorous testing, CI/CD practices, and performance optimization strategies.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies that align with business and technical goals.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth deployment pipelines, scalability planning, and high availability in production systems.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years managing or leading engineering teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality software.
- Technical Expertise: 7+ years building large-scale, production-grade web applications.
- AWS Cloud: Proven experience designing and deploying cloud architectures on AWS.
- Database Skills: 2+ years hands-on experience with MySQL; familiarity with MongoDB.
- Front-End Mastery: Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React, and proficiency in browser debugging techniques.
- Product Thinking: Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and rallying teams.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
