The main responsibilities of a LEAD PYTHON DEVELOPER include:
- Lead Python development efforts on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Solve challenging technical problems with pragmatic, elegant solutions.
- Mentor team members and drive technical best practices.
- Contribute across the stack (full-stack experience preferred).
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Deep expertise in Python development
- Strong experience with AWS and cloud technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills - you can explain technical concepts in layman's terms.
- Proven ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Pragmatic approach to software development.
- Collaborative mindset and team-first attitude. Preferred:
- Full-stack development experience.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
