We're looking for a Learning & Development Virtual Assistant to support our Training team. This role blends design, LMS administration, and communications—creating visual content, managing learning platforms, coordinating schedules, and helping ensure a seamless training experience for our teams.

The main responsibilities of a LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT VIRTUAL ASSISTANT include:

Design & Creative Support:

  • Create basic visual content for training materials using tools like Canva or similar platforms
  • Assist with formatting presentations and documents
  • Help maintain visual consistency across training materials
  • Support creation of simple graphics for internal announcements

LMS Administration:

  • Upload and organize training content in the learning management system
  • Basic user management and course enrollment tasks
  • Generate simple reports on training completion and progress
  • Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Help maintain course catalogs and user records

Communications & Administrative Support:

  • Draft and format internal communications about training programs
  • Create training announcements and reminders
  • Maintain training calendars and schedules
  • Assist with course registration and participant coordination
  • Update training documentation and resources

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency with design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Comfortable learning new software platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • 1-2 years administrative or virtual assistant experience
  • Basic familiarity with online learning platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Interest in learning and development field

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
