The main responsibilities of a MANAGER - OPERATIONS include:
- Strong in US RCM domain and can able to relate the clinical scenarios in ROI/Coding
- Overall responsible for the Governance and Rigor of the functional learning health (On the Job training, need based Learning, Continuous Education, Call quality improvement, addressing knowledge gaps, etc.)
- Responsible for managing the team of Process Coaches
- Able to deliver, project and motivate team members through effective learning rigor methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
- Prepare learning objectives, identify instructional strategies, plan evaluation methods, and propose training timelines as per organizational requirements.
- Produce collateral materials using internal resources.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in conjunction with Operations team and Transformation team.
- Executing the TNA to offer a solution that addresses operational requirements and ensure quality of training program conforms pre-defined standard.
- Coordinate with Operations team and Transformation team, to understand client expectations, business requirements.
- Be proactive, committed and engaged in transition project and actively participate in all internal and /client discussions
- Keep information and courses up to date as per the business requirement.
- Participate in inter/department calibrations to ensure consistent upskilling of delivery approach.
- Act as the “go to” person within a project for questions and problems within his/her area of expertise
- Participate in department discussion on learning and development initiatives and stay abreast of department activities and goals.
- Perform other tasks as required to meet department goals.

- Communication – Expressing thoughts verbally, in writing, and graphically in clear, organized fashion according to the audience’s characteristics and needs. Applying active listening skills of attending, acknowledging and summarizing to facilitate understanding.
- Technical/Professional Knowledge - Should be proficient in US Healthcare and have a broad and deep understanding of Medical Coding Vertical.
- Learning Facilitation – Strategizing structured learning programs with individuals or groups using Medical Coding skills and required visual aids.
- Motivational Fit – Self-motivated and independent and the ability to work as a team.
- Analysis/Problem Assessment – Securing relevant information through multiple methods and various sources to determine key issues and make comparisons/analysis.
- Teamwork/Collaboration – Working effectively through proper communication and consensus building with people within and outside the organization to accomplish team and organizational objectives.
- Practical Learning – Seeking, assimilating and applying new information to improve personal and team’s performance.
- Planning and Organizing/Work Management – Establishing a course of action that utilizes department resources and accommodates client and customer requirements to accomplish team and organizational objectives.
- Innovation – Generating creative, novel methods and solutions to learning experiences, communication and organizational challenges.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
Awareness and adherence to all applicable organization wide policies and procedures, including but not limited to Information security, HIPAA and HR policies.

- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
