Illumio’s Marketing Operations team is looking for a Marketing Reporting Analyst to assist the Marketing Analytics Manager with daily reporting requests, dashboard creation, troubleshooting, and narrative building.

The main responsibilities of a MARKETING ANALYST ASSOCIATE include:

  • Create tables and visualizations to accommodate data requests
  • Communicate with request stakeholders on request status and clarification
  • Make enhancements to SQL dataflows and dashboards in DOMO
  • Assist with narrative creation and storytelling for bi-weekly performance calls
  • Assist in rebuilding dataflows to reference IT-sanctioned tables in SQL Server
  • Meet regularly with Marketing Analytics Manager to review requests and remove roadblocks
  • Work in tandem with Marketing Operations to enrich source data and perform opportunity associations
  • Document reporting processes 

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • 2-5 years of data visualization experience (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • 2-5 years of SQL experience
  • Salesforce experience. Certifications are a plus
  • Be a self-starter. Be curious. Have the drive to build and optimize
  • Communicate clearly and often to ensure leadership and colleagues are kept aware of relevant issues or updates
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan, and document effectively
  • Proactive and driven to solve problems and find innovative solutions. 

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
