The Marketing Project Manager for KMC Teams will serve as the main point of contact (POC) and growth driver for our Talent as a Service (TaaS) service line. This individual will manage projects and campaigns, coordinate with performance marketing, creatives, and strategy teams, and act as a bridge between the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in lead generation, B2B marketing, and experience marketing to Fortune 500 companies in the US and Australia.

The main responsibilities of a MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER include:

  • Main POC for KMC Teams: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the KMC Teams product. 
  • Project/Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects and campaigns to drive growth and engagement for KMC Teams. 
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies specifically targeting Fortune 500 companies in the US and Australia. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with performance marketing, creatives, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. 
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Act as a liaison between the sales team and marketing team to align strategies and ensure that marketing initiatives support sales objectives. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing regular updates on project status. 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 
  • Content Oversight: Ensure the creation of high-quality marketing materials and content that effectively communicates the value proposition of KMC Teams. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. 
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for marketing projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and B2B marketing to Fortune 500 companies in the US and Australia. 
    • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels and techniques. 
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams. 
    • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. 
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal clients and team members. 
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. 
    • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail. 

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
