The Marketing Project Manager for KMC Teams will serve as the main point of contact (POC) and growth driver for our Talent as a Service (TaaS) service line. This individual will manage projects and campaigns, coordinate with performance marketing, creatives, and strategy teams, and act as a bridge between the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in lead generation, B2B marketing, and experience marketing to Fortune 500 companies in the US and Australia.

The main responsibilities of a MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER include:

Main POC for KMC Teams: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the KMC Teams product.

Project/Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects and campaigns to drive growth and engagement for KMC Teams.

Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies specifically targeting Fortune 500 companies in the US and Australia.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with performance marketing, creatives, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Sales and Marketing Alignment: Act as a liaison between the sales team and marketing team to align strategies and ensure that marketing initiatives support sales objectives.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing regular updates on project status.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Content Oversight: Ensure the creation of high-quality marketing materials and content that effectively communicates the value proposition of KMC Teams.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for marketing projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and B2B marketing to Fortune 500 companies in the US and Australia.
