We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Admin to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about providing excellent administrative and patient support.

The main responsibilities of a MEDICAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT include:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are met
  • Update and maintain accurate client details in the system
  • Upload referral PDFs to client profiles within the Practice Management System (PMS)
  • Enter client data received via email, chat, or phone into the PMS
  • Communicate with patients via email, phone, and live chat to:
    • Collect missing or relevant information
    • Answer inquiries
    • Relay information from psychologists
  • Complete daily operational checklists
  • Ensure all upcoming appointments are properly booked, rescheduled, or cancelled
  • Communicate with psychologists in a timely and professional manner

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fast and efficient computer/IT skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand Medicare requirements
  • High level of attention to detail

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
