To deliver high-quality campaign rollouts and design production at pace – translating established concept artwork into cohesive, market-ready assets across Digital OOH, Web and Social. This role requires strong design judgement, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work fast and efficiently in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud while collaborating closely with Creative, Design, Studio and Production to maintain BMF’s craft standards.

CREATIVE
|
Tasks / Accountabilities • Roll out campaign designs from established masters, adapting layouts intelligently across multiple sizes, formats and ratios. • Use strong design sense to resize and recompose artwork so executions remain on-brand, legible and impactful across various channels and placements. • Ensure strong fundamentals across all outputs: typography, alignment, hierarchy, spacing, cropping, and visual consistency. • Support the wider design team by taking ownership of production-heavy components of campaigns and rollouts, while keeping craft and working at pace. • Contribute quick options or refinements where needed to improve clarity, consistency, or performance in-channel.
Key Performance Indicators • Craft and consistency: Rollouts look cohesive across the suite and hold the brand and idea consistently. • Accuracy: Minimal avoidable errors (type, alignment, specs, versioning) and strong attention to detail. • Pace: Deliver high-volume output efficiently without compromising quality. • Design judgement: Make smart layout decisions when resizing/reformatting, reducing rework later. |

Tasks / Accountabilities • Work efficiently in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to deliver channel-ready assets for Digital OOH, Social and Web/Display. • Implement internal and client feedback accurately, managing versions cleanly and maintaining quality through iterations. • Prepare and polish presentation materials in Google Slides, ensuring decks feel designed, considered, and aligned to BMF presentation standards. • Support ad hoc studio needs: internal PR/social visuals (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn), award boards, credentials documents, agency award submissions, and overflow roll-out work. • Ensure outputs meet technical requirements (specs, size, safe areas, readability, export settings) prior to delivery.
Key Performance Indicators • Stakeholder confidence: Feedback is actioned quickly and correctly with clear version control. • Presentation quality: Decks are polished and consistent with BMF standards; strong typography and layout discipline. • Channel compliance: Deliverables meet specs and pass QA with minimal production rework. • Reliability: Consistent on-time delivery and proactive communication of risks or blockers. |

Tasks / Accountabilities • Deliver the highest creative standard possible within time and budget constraints. • Provide realistic time estimates for roll-out volumes and flag risks early (spec changes, late masters, approval delays). • Complete timesheets accurately and on time.
Key Performance Indicators • Efficiency: Delivers rollouts to plan and uses time effectively. • Commercial awareness: Makes pragmatic decisions to protect quality within budget and time. • Low friction: Admin is accurate and timely. |

Tasks / Accountabilities • Manage multiple jobs concurrently, prioritising output and communicating progress clearly. • Partner with Studio/Production to ensure clean handovers: packaged files, correct exports, tidy working files. • Own QA before delivery: spelling, alignment, legibility, safe areas, file weight, naming and spec checks. • Maintain organised working files across Figma and Adobe projects for efficient collaboration and updates.
Key Performance Indicators • Production readiness: Deliverables are consistently “ready to go” with minimal avoidable fixes. • Workflow discipline: Strong file organisation and version control; easy collaboration. • Delivery pace: Handles required output demands while maintaining quality standards. |

TECHNICAL SKILLS
|
Core Tools • Fast, efficient working knowledge of Figma (components, styles, responsive layout thinking, export discipline). • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as needed) for campaign roll-out and production.
Production Design & Roll-out • Ability to adapt established masters into a wide range of sizes and formats with strong layout judgement. • High attention to detail: typography, spacing, alignment, cropping, consistency, and brand adherence. • Confident preparing files for media and/or Production: tidy layers, naming conventions, version control, export settings.
Presentation Design • Ability to polish and design presentation decks in Google Slides, ensuring consistent typography, hierarchy, and visual coherence. • Comfortable working within existing deck systems/templates while improving clarity and craft.
Updated Tools & AI • Comfortable using AI-assisted features (e.g., Adobe Firefly tools) to speed up exploration/variation — with strong judgement and careful QA. • Uses AI responsibly and in line with brand and client requirements (accuracy, rights, and quality control at final output). |
