The main responsibilities of a MID MARKET ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE include:

  • Driving end-to-end sales activities for Zoom solutions in Small Business

  • Positioning Zoom's AI capabilities as transformative tools for small business productivity

  • Conducting thought leadership activities including webinars and content creation on AI in business communication

  • Creating and delivering client demos highlighting AI-powered features

  • Qualifying leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources when needed

  • Maintaining accurate sales activity tracking in Salesforce (CRM)

  • Conducting high-level conversations with small business owners, founders, and directors

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Have 2+ years of Sales experience in a SaaS or UcaaS industry
  • Have understanding of AI trends and applications in business communications
  • Have proven track record in sales performance and thought leadership
  • Have business fluency in English
  • Have BA/ BS or equivalent experience

 

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
