We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Content Specialist  to document and showcase our construction projects through high-quality video and visual content. 

The role includes editing drone footage, creating construction progress videos, and designing graphics for marketing, client presentations, and social media. 

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, understands construction environments, and can transform raw site footage into professional visual content.

The main responsibilities of a MULTIMEDIA CONTENT SPECIALIST include:

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos highlighting construction progress, milestones, and project completions 

  • Work with drone footage and on-site recordings to create engaging visual stories 

  • Create motion graphics, titles, infographics, and overlays for construction updates 

  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and presentation decks 

  • Enhance video quality through colour grading, sound editing, and visual effects 

  • Ensure all content aligns with company branding guidelines 

  • Maintain organized archives of video footage and graphic assets 

  • Assist in developing promotional content for company website and social media platforms 

  • Canva to design a wide range of marketing collateral, including social media tiles, flyers, and digital ads. 

  • Develop and maintain professional templates within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) to ensure team-wide brand consistency. 

 

  • Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines, colors, and typography. 

  • Assist with the scheduling and posting of content across social media channels. 

  • Perform periodic updates to the company website (text changes, image swaps, or blog uploads) to keep information current. 

  • Provide creative and administrative support for marketing campaigns as needed. 

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent experience) 

  • Proven experience in video editing and graphic design (portfolio required) 

  • Experience working with drone footage (drone operation experience is a plus) 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent software 

  • Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition, and branding 

  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is an advantage 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Basic photography and videography skills 

  • Experience creating time-lapse videos of construction projects 

  • Knowledge of social media content optimization

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
