Drata is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join the growing accounting and finance team. This strategic and analytical role is key to a fast-growing B2B SaaS unicorn. The ideal candidate will lead the NetSuite implementation project, serve as the technical expert for NetSuite, and act as the liaison between the NetSuite and Salesforce project teams. Post-implementation, the role involves configuring, maintaining, and supporting NetSuite, as well as coordinating integration with other finance/accounting systems and managing system enhancement projects. This role reports to the Vice President of Finance and requires strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: You will work effectively with cross-functional teams and act as the technical liaison between Finance/Accounting and other internal stakeholders, including leading the liaison between NetSuite and Salesforce project teams.
  • System Ownership & Development: Post-implementation, you will have ownership over the system, managing system enhancement projects, developing complex reports, and incorporating best practices across multiple financial systems (NetSuite, Zone Billing, etc.)

The main responsibilities of a NETSUITE ADMINISTRATOR include:

  • Be the lead netsuite administrator
  • Act as a technical liaison between Finance / Accounting and other internal stakeholders
  • Design, create and revise configurations and customization of NetSuite as needed to meet evolving needs of the business including the creation of fields, workflow rules, custom reports, and dashboards
  • Assist in the identification of project requirements and explore solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Responsible for the creation of additional sets of books, inter-company set up, foreign exchange, etc.
  • Maintain and update configurations as necessary in other Finance/Accounting software (AP & AR Billing systems, FP&A Planning tool)
  • Resolve system issues, administer user accounts and permissions, and provide NetSuite training and support to all users.
  • Coordinate NetSuite and Salesforce development and integration with external systems in order to develop new integrations as well as test & coordinate NetSuite Upgrades.
  • Manage system enhancement projects, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality, and coordinate and perform in-depth tests for NetSuite, Salesforce Billing, Airbase and other products.
  • Incorporate best practices for NetSuite, Airbase, Salesforce Billing, etc.
  • Develop complex reports/reporting capabilities in system tools as requested

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, with a strong functional background and technical exposure
  • Strong functional expertise, such as configuration, workflows, saved searches, and  reports
  • Supporting accounting users in a live environment
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
  • Experience working in a scaling SaaS startup environment experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills
  • Must be motivated by working with awesome people, and dedicated to helping take Drata to the next level
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment 

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
