The Role

Bedroq is expanding its Philippines operations with a move to a new office in Ortigas. We’re looking for an experienced Office Fit-Out Manager to lead the design, procurement, and delivery of the new space ensuring it meets our standards for quality, functionality, and value for money.

This is a hands-on role, requiring close on-site control of local contractors, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to balance pace, cost, and quality. You will work closely with Bedroq’s UK-based Project Lead and the Manila-based Service Desk Manager (the senior representative in the Philippines) to ensure successful delivery of the new office fit-out.

You will represent Bedroq’s interests day-to-day, ensuring our contractors deliver an office environment that reflects our culture, operational needs, and high standards.

The main responsibilities of a OFFICE FIT-OUT MANAGER include:

What You’ll Do

· Direct and manage day-to-day activities of fit-out contractors, ensuring progress, quality, and safety on site.

· Oversee design development to align with approved requirements and corporate standards.

· Review and validate contractor programmes, cost proposals, and material selections.

· Support the tendering and evaluation process to ensure competitive and transparent procurement.

· Advise on commercial arrangements and support negotiation of terms to ensure best value.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and compliance with specifications.

· Track performance against schedule, budget, and standards, reporting weekly to the UK project team.

· Coordinate with Bedroq’s internal teams (IT, Finance, HR) to ensure integrated delivery of cabling, furniture, and systems.

· Ensure all work complies with local building codes, permits, and health & safety regulations.

What you’ll Bring

· 8+ years’ experience managing end-to-end office fit-out or interior construction projects for multinational or corporate clients.

· Proven experience delivering projects under design-and-build or general contracting models.

· It will be essential that you are confident and authoritative in managing contractors on site; able to project presence, command respect, and maintain control of quality and timelines.

· Strong understanding of local construction codes, permitting processes, and contractor management.

· Commercially astute, with experience reviewing bids, validating payments, and managing budgets.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including liaison with UK-based leadership.

· Highly organised, pragmatic, and able to work autonomously with light-touch remote supervision.

· Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

Desirable Experience

· Experience delivering fit-out projects in premium office developments in Metro Manila.

· Knowledge of ISO compliance, especially ISO 27001, 9001, 14001, 45001.

· Understanding of multinational corporate office standards and IT infrastructure integration.

· Experience developing office designs to meet corporate vision, culture and behaviours.

· Background in commercial negotiation and cost assurance.

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
