As Operations Administrator, you will provide reliable, coordinated operational support across Cachet Group, with a primary focus on people, recruitment, and talent processes, while also supporting office operations, facilities, IT, and general administration.

The role is responsible for ensuring that peoplerelated systems, processes, data, and cycles run smoothly and consistently, and that daytoday operational needs across offices are supported in a timely and organised manner.

This is a handson support role, focused on execution, coordination, documentation, and followthrough enabling leaders and teams to operate effectively.

People & Recruitment Operations Support

- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment workflows (job ads, scheduling, documentation, tracking)
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment systems
- Coordinate pre‑boarding, onboarding, and offboarding checklists
- Administer talent and people process documentation
- Prepare trackers and reports for recruitment and people activities

- Recruitment processes administered accurately and on time
- Talent data and systems kept current
- 100% completion of onboarding and offboarding checklists

Performance & Talent Cycle Administration

20%

- Coordinate quarterly and annual performance review cycles
- Track completion, reminders, and documentation
- Maintain performance and talent records
- Support leaders with information and process guidance

- 100% performance cycles coordinated and tracked
- Accurate and complete performance records

Facilities, Office & IT Coordination

20%

- Coordinate facilities support across offices
- Liaise with building management and service providers
- Order and manage office groceries and consumables
- Coordinate IT ordering (laptops, accessories, headsets) in line with approvals
- Maintain basic asset registers for IT and office equipment

- Office and facilities requests acknowledged within 1 business day
- IT orders processed accurately and promptly
- Office supplies maintained within approved budgets

Systems, Reporting & General Administration

- Maintain people‑related systems, trackers, and documentation
- Produce standard reports and dashboards as required
- Support audit readiness and compliance documentation
- Provide general administrative support and coordinate ad hoc operatonal tasks

- Systems and data remain accurate and up‑to‑date
- Reports delivered within agreed timeframes
- Administrative tasks completed with minimal rework

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Proven experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment workflows, including job 
    advertisements, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking.
  • Direct experience managing pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding checklists to ensure 100% completion and compliance
  • Strong background in general office administration, preferrably with facilities coordination, IT procurement and liaison with building management or service providers.
  • Able to navigate MS Excel and generate reports
  • High attention to detail
  • Good english communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders, candidates and internal teams
  • Administer  and coordinating recruitment, tracking of interview, setting up interviews, 
    tracking the ads 50% of the role, general administration, HR support
  • Coordinating the performance review
  • Strong administrative skillset
  • Ok with dedicated recruitment professional but able to communicate and with strong admin background
  • People with experience with AU/NZ companies open to any global exposure so long as the candidate are able to communicate well

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
