The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing executive inboxes and calendars, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operational workflows, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the leadership team.

The main responsibilities of a OPERATIONS ASSISTANT include:
- Manage and prioritize executive inboxes and calendars to ensure optimal allocation of time and resources.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings including logistics, creating briefs, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of multiple systems such as Asana, CRM, and file management systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Support various administrative tasks including reporting, recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and managing internal workflows.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures with the aid of AI tools and under the guidance of the Chief of Staff.
- Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions promptly to prevent escalation.
- Enhance communication within the executive team by supporting weekly routines and updating task boards and templates.
- Manage and triage incoming requests through shared operational inboxes to streamline processes and improve response time.
- Undertake additional duties and projects, providing operational, administrative, or strategic support as needed to adapt to the changing needs of the business and its leaders.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Proven experience in executive support, operations management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and collaborate across teams.
- High proficiency in office management systems and applications such as Asana, CRM, and other organizational tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Experience with AI tools for business process management and system optimization.
- Capability to work independently and make informed decisions that reflect well on both the executive and operational aspects of the business.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and tasks as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to implement effective solutions.
- Experience in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and streamlining workflows.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
