We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders from receipt through to fulfillment, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The main responsibilities of a ORDER MANAGEMENT ANALYST include:
- Review and validate order information for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success) to resolve any order-related issues.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of order management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze order management metrics and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company is a plus.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
