Role Overview 
YourTeam is seeking Outbound Sales Agents to introduce our enhanced outsourcing 
solutions to new clients. Each agent will own industry verticals but follow a unified 
sales process, messaging framework, and reporting structure. 
Agents will use HubSpot as the CRM. 
Core Mission 
Generate qualified opportunities for YourTeam’s outsourcing services, including 
software development, staff augmentation, QA/testing, multimedia/DTP, legacy 
modernization, and BPO. Drive discovery calls with senior decision-makers and 
contribute to a predictable, high-quality outbound pipeline.

The main responsibilities of a OUTBOUND SALES AGENT include:


Key Responsibilities 
• Execute a structured outbound sequence across email, phone, and LinkedIn. 
• Conduct first-touch qualification calls using the approved YourTeam script. 
• Identify buying triggers such as: 
o Immediate resource requirements 
o Bandwidth constraints 
o Modernization initiatives 
o Operational inefficiencies 
o Openness to outsourcing 
• Book discovery meetings for YourTeam’s senior team. 
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure full visibility of outreach and 
pipeline movement. 
• Provide weekly reporting on outreach volume, booked meetings, and lead 
progression. 
• Collaborate with YourTeam leadership to ensure proposals and follow-ups align 
with prospect requirements.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

Required Skills & Experience 
• Exceptional English communication skills — clear, articulate, and professional. 
• Neutral accent suitable for international client-facing conversations. 
• Experience in outbound sales, SDR work, appointment setting, or lead 
generation. 
• Ability to confidently speak with senior decision-makers (CEO, COO, CTO, Dev 
Managers, HR Directors). 
• Strong understanding of outsourced-based services: 
o Software development 
o Staff augmentation 
o QA/testing & automation 
o Legacy modernization 
o Multimedia/DTP 
o BPO 
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to follow structured workflows. 
• Comfortable working with KPIs, weekly reporting, and CRM hygiene 
expectations.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
