The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing all paid marketing efforts across various platforms including SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. This role is crucial in driving growth and engagement for our service lines, targeting C-suite executives of Fortune 500 companies. The main metric for success in this role will be generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and growing our pipeline exponentially. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B experience, a track record of delivering successful paid advertising campaigns, deep knowledge of ad manager tools, and high proficiency with HubSpot. Given the highly competitive market, they must be able to capture the attention of our target customers and effectively communicate our unique selling propositions (USPs).

The main responsibilities of a PAID AD SPECIALIST include:

    • Paid Marketing Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. 
    • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs, with a primary focus on generating SQLs and growing the sales pipeline. 
    • B2B Focus: Develop and implement strategies specifically targeting C-suite executives of Fortune 500 companies. 
    • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement with an emphasis on SQL metrics. 
    • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure efficient use of resources. 
    • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, copy, and strategies. 
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising platforms to keep strategies current and effective. 
    • Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience, capture their attention, and drive engagement. 
    • SEO Integration: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure paid strategies complement organic search efforts. 
    • Tool Proficiency: Utilize ad manager tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and be highly proficient in using HubSpot for campaign management and performance tracking. 
    • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams including performance marketing, creatives, and strategy to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. 
    • Agency Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies as needed to manage and optimize campaigns. 
    • USP Communication: Effectively communicate our unique selling propositions (USPs) to capture the attention of our target customers in a highly competitive market. 

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on B2B marketing. 
    • Proven Results: Demonstrated success in running effective paid marketing campaigns targeting Fortune 500 companies, with a strong track record in generating SQLs and growing sales pipelines. 
    • Platform Proficiency: Deep knowledge and extensive experience with ad manager tools including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. 
    • HubSpot Proficiency: High proficiency in using HubSpot for managing marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and generating reports. 
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams. 
    • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. 
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ad management tools and analytics platforms. 
    • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative ad strategies and content that capture attention and drive results. 
    • Detail-oriented: A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all aspects of campaign management. 

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
