We are looking for an experienced HR Quality Assurance Analyst as we expand the team supporting our People Operations shared services function. This role involves overseeing the data analysis and intake process, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives for People and Places. This role will be responsible for auditing, testing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of People Operations processes and tasks. You’ll play a critical role in developing and executing quality assurance practices, reports, and audits. You will lead quality audits across the Shared services team and use the data to identify trends and areas for opportunity and improvement, The role will utilize Workday, ServiceNow and applicable reporting tools to ensure accuracy of data in People and places processes and fields while supporting dashboards, SLA mgmt. and overall auditing of the Pops function.

The main responsibilities of a PEOPLE OPERATIONS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT-ASSURANCE ANALYST include:

  • Partner with Digital Solutions and People Ops leaders in developing and implementing a governance methodology aimed at improving the quality of data
  • Build out and validate Workday reports and audits
  • Work collaboratively with various internal departments to help implement data driven solutions.
  • Comprehensively understand workflows to identify areas of process improvement, risks and bottlenecks
  • Partner with the Analytics team to develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for analysis and to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Analyze different types of data and evaluate effectiveness of various people processes/programs implemented and utilize data driven insight to make recommendations and identify opportunities
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of People Ops Quality programs and initiatives.
  • Deliver shared services development and quality performance review efforts by: coordinating and conducting utilization and performance reviews utilizing multidisciplinary criteria and guidelines, and take a systematic approach to quality improvement; identifying performance areas of improvement for the team and provide feedback and coaching as needed;
  • Data Integration. Design and implement processes for integrating data from various sources/systems
  • Participate in Design and UAT testing for cross-functional processes and enhancements
  • Conducts data quality checks across various data sources such as Workday, ServiceNow and The Landing.
  • Identify data quality issues and determine proper course of action
  • Create Dashboard in ServiceNow and find/analyze trends
  • Track KPIs and SLAs across the People Operations team  
  • Ability to drive decisions that impact the organization’s credibility, operations, and services.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent years of experience in human resource or quality or performance improvement  
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in quality, performance improvement, customer service, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting preferably in HR function
  • Strong leadership skills and not afraid to raise suggestions and provide feedback
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software
  • Experience creating or supporting Quality Improvement practices
  • Self-driver and Independent thinker
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively (and remotely) with business users and senior-level management to determine information needs and effective delivery methods
  • Experience producing readily understandable reporting & information delivery; experience consuming data visualization & and dashboard solutions
  • Experience with HRIS Systems preferably Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ticketing systems. Servicenow is preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
  • Proficient in Google applications (gmail, google sheet etc.) preferred
  • Maintain a high level of data confidentiality.
  • High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset.
