The main responsibilities of a JUNIOR PERFORMANCE MARKETER include:
As a Performance Marketer with a specialization in social media, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions through various social media channels. You will collaborate closely with the content creation team to create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven tactics to achieve our marketing objectives.
This position is ON-SITE only.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Performance Analysis and Reporting
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as Ads Manager Insights, social media management platforms, and Google Analytics. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven and strategic insights and recommendations to optimize performance and drive results.

Paid Ads Implementation
Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google. Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness.

Social Media Strategy Development
Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, including audience targeting, content planning, campaign optimization, and budget allocation.

Support Client Management
Assist in achieving the client’s business goal by ensuring proper planning and setup of
required steps in implementing paid campaign strategies, including but not limited to coordination with project management team, ad monitoring, data analysis, and research, and formulate recommendations based on data insights.

Industry Research
Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in social media marketing. Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance our digital marketing efforts and maintain a competitive edge. Research updates on algorithm changes across social media platforms to ensure compliance and maximize campaign performance.

Team Collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as content creators, designers, editors, and account managers to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience (at least 1-2 years) in performance marketing and media buying, with a focus on social media advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for ad creatives and campaign strategies.
- Strong reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign reports simultaneously and meet submission deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and performance optimization.
- Certifications in social media marketing and digital advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Language: Fluent/Native speaker in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity & interest in US culture
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
