The Service Coordinator reports to the Director, PMO and is the primary preparer, and dispatcher of incoming projects. They are responsible for preparing, assigning, and auditing all projects assigned to the PMO team. They will work closely with the Director of the PMO to ensure projects are completed within accepted timeline, budget, and scope, ensuring customer satisfaction and internal quality.

The main responsibilities of a PMO SERVICE COORDINATOR include:

  • Follow processes to prepare, assign, and audit all PMO projects.
  • Assist in PMO quality assurance initiatives including but not limited to project audits, and reporting but also billing audits and reporting.
  • Escalate, track, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Interface directly with customers as needed.
  • Proactively manage workload.
  • Provide daily and weekly updates and report risks to PMO Director.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of actions and time.
  • Accurately and completely update information in Meriplex Systems.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with Information Technology preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate workflow.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented and highly accurate data entry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and organizational skills.
  • High integrity and strong business ethics.
  • Strong customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work both independently with little supervision and in a collaborative team environment to complete job assignments.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

.Education/ Experience:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Information Technology, customer support, and technical services preferred.
  • Familiar with networking and data service types preferred.
  • Enterprise Domain, On-Prem/Cloud Server, and networking configuration experience desired, not required.
  • Familiar with Enterprise IT best practices preferred.
  • Experience with ConnectWise or other network or ticketing systems preferred.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
