The Personal River Cruise Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue through the direct sale of river cruise experiences. This position focuses on engaging with potential customers and travel partners, providing them with detailed information about cruise options, and guiding them through the booking process to ensure a tailored and memorable travel experience.

Additionally, the position offers a competitive compensation package including incentives based on sales performance.
The main responsibilities of a PRC SALES SUPERVISOR include:
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales communications to promote and finalize bookings of river cruises.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from the initial customer contact through to post-cruise follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients to boost loyalty and repeat business.
- Effectively utilize company CRM systems to track all sales activities and client communications.
- Respond to and follow up on marketing initiatives, online queries, and incomplete reservations to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and maintaining high productivity levels.
- Work collaboratively with customer service and operations departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure all booking details are accurately captured in the reservation system, including customer preferences and special requests.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates possessing additional sales or marketing education.
- Proficiency in using various computer software, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and reservation systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Ambitious and results-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of closing sales and handling objections smoothly.
- Adept at identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable cruise packages and experiences.
- Ability to adapt sales techniques based on different customer interactions and dynamics.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
