We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager who will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully by overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring to meet quality, budget, and timeline goals. The role involves managing project scope and resources, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating with stakeholders and teams, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as a central point of contact, the Product Delivery Manager drives projects forward while ensuring deliverables align with client requirements and company standards.

The main responsibilities of a PRODUCT DELIVERY MANAGER include:
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure
- Manage project scope, budget, resources, and timelines to achieve defined goals
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align objectives and priorities
- Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, business needs, and company standards
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Foster collaboration and communication across departments to maintain smooth workflows
- Continuously review processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, information technology, or related fields
- Previous experience as a Project/Delivery Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana)
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure
- Problem-solving and risk management expertise
- Results-oriented and detail-focused mindset
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
