The Data Entry Specialist is a key contributor to the Product Development team, focusing on managing and maintaining critical data related to product updates and specifications.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic product development team, providing essential support that directly impacts the efficiency and success of product launches and updates. The main responsibilities of a PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE include:

Data Entry and Management:
-
Accurate Data Entry: Enter and update product information, including specifications, measurements, materials, and other relevant details into the product lifecycle management (PLM) system.

Database Maintenance: Maintain and manage the integrity of the product development database, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Documentation: Ensure all product development documentation is properly filed and easily accessible to the team.
Support Product Development:

Sample Tracking: Track and record the status of product samples, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

Vendor Coordination: Enter and manage data related to vendors and suppliers, including contact information and product details.

Product Specifications: Assist in creating and updating product specification sheets, ensuring all details are accurately captured and documented.

WIPs- help to build PD WIPs by entering linesheet information onto excel template
Reporting and Analysis:

Generate Reports: Produce regular reports on product development status, including timelines, sample status, and any discrepancies or issues.

Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing product development data to identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Team Support: Collaborate with the product development team to support their data needs and ensure smooth workflow.

Communication: Facilitate effective communication between product development, design, production, and other departments by ensuring all data is accurate and accessible.

Feedback Integration: Work with the product development team to integrate feedback and updates into the database in a timely manner.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Strong proficiency in data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel and PLM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Experience with database management software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data reports.
- Prior experience in a product development environment is a plus.
- Data Management: Strong skills in managing and maintaining large datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data entry software, PLM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of data entry and management.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
