On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:

Comprehensive health benefits
Work flexibly from anywhere in over 20+ workspace locations
Access to KMC's exclusive pantry (MadMax Coffee, Fresh Fridge)

    · Support internal customers through ticket resolution, troubleshooting system and process-related issues.

    · Provide best-practice guidance and user enablement across all supported teams.

    2. P2P Functional Ownership

    · Serve as the primary functional SME for Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

    · Troubleshoot recurring sync issues between Coupa and NetSuite (via MuleSoft)—especially arising from incorrect data entry or mismatched fields.

    · Ensure all POs and invoices flow seamlessly through the system; escalate technical items to the integrations team when appropriate.

    · Assist in maintaining supplier profiles when required (supplier management familiarity helpful but not core to the role).

    3. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement

    · Act as the internal customer-facing representative for all Coupa-related questions.

    · Conduct training sessions, demos, and support walkthroughs for new users or process updates.

    · Build strong relationships with functional stakeholders to understand operational requirements and pain points.

    · Gather business requirements for enhancements or process changes and translate them into functional specifications.

    · Collaborate with management and business owners to execute the product roadmap.

    · Maintain the feature and enhancements backlog; ensure timely prioritization aligned with business needs.

    · Conduct first-level testing on changes before progressing to UAT.

    · Stay informed of Coupa’s latest product releases, system enhancements, and best practices and advise management on potential optimizations.

    · Act as liaison between:

    o Planet business stakeholders

o Coupa Support / Coupa Compass

    o Coupa Account Manager

    · Represent the Coupa function in cross-functional conversations where P2P processes intersect with other systems.
