The main responsibilities of a QA ENGINEER include:
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases for functional and non-functional testing.
- Perform cross-browser and device compatibility testing for web applications.
- Identify, document, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers.
- Simulate real-world user scenarios to validate workflows and usability.
- Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless system interactions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide beta-launch assistance.
- Present test results and analysis and recommend system enhancements.
- Explore and implement tools to optimize testing processes.
- Advocate for testing best practices and continuous quality improvements.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in QA, focusing on web applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., jMeter, Selenium, Cypress).
- Experience in test management tools (e.g., Katalon, TestRail)
- Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger) and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Experience working with DevOps to incorporate continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
