The Rapid Response Team (RRT) plays a critical role in supporting the North America Small Business organization by responding quickly to time-sensitive leads like Marketing Purchased Leads and Abandoned Cart Leads. This role is designed to drive speed, coverage, and conversion by ensuring high-quality engagement at key moments in the sales cycle.

The main responsibilities of a RAPID RESPONSE TEAM (RRT) include:

  • Respond and reach out to Marketing Purchased Leads and Abandoned Cart Leads with urgency and intent.
  • Qualify prospects and identify customer needs through effective discovery conversations
  • Engage customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to drive next steps
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives to support deal progression
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline to maximize lead conversion and pipeline creation
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks related to outreach and engagement
  • Serve as a reliable coverage layer during peak volume periods, absences, or staffing gaps

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar lead generation role
  • Strong experience handling inbound leads and fast-moving opportunities
  • Familiarity with UCaaS or experience selling within a UCaaS environment is a strong advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think quickly and prioritize under pressure
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on speed and quality
  • Comfortable supporting multiple motions and segments as needed

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
