The Recruitment Coordinator ensures an exceptional candidate and client experience by facilitating smooth and seamless initial interactions between clients and qualified candidates. They are responsible for properly scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate handoffs to clients, and joining client interviews to observe the interview flow and capture feedback. This feedback is then relayed to the Talent Acquisition team to maintain alignment throughout the hiring process.

The main responsibilities of a RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR include:

  • Coordinate clients, candidates, and recruiters regarding schedule availability.
  • Schedule multiple candidates for either onsite or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
  • Send out calendar invites to clients, candidates, and recruiters in line with the agreed schedules.
  • Set up virtual meeting rooms in platforms such as, but not limited to, Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet and share meeting links to the participants via calendar invite.  
  • Ensure that candidates are well informed of their interview schedule and are given attendance reminders beforehand.
  • Prepare candidates fully for their interview by helping them understand the role, its responsibilities, and the client’s business.
  • Provide updates to clients regarding rescheduled and/or canceled interview appointments.
  • Build rapport with hiring managers to ensure that candidate hand-offs for client interviews are done seamlessly.
  • Properly introduce candidates to client interviewers and vice versa, at the onset of the interview.
  • Have a good understanding of the client’s nature of business and their hiring requirements.
  • Be updated and knowledgeable on the client’s recruitment process.
  • Accurately taking note of client feedback and relaying the same to the recruiters.
  • Able to source and conduct paper screening of candidates based on the client requirement during down times.

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree
  • Work experience as either a Scheduling Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, or any similar role
  • Experience in and knowledge in recruitment is an advantage
  • Adept with using MS Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Skype, or other similar communication platforms.
  • Adept in using MS Calendar, Calendly, or other similar scheduling platforms.
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
  • Able to work from home but is willing to report on site as necessary.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
