The Reporting and Data Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting operational and financial reports to support decision-making in freight forwarding operations. This role ensures data accuracy across shipment tracking, cost analysis, and performance metrics, enabling the company to optimize logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The main responsibilities of a REPORT AND DATA ANALYST include:
- Generate and maintain regular reports on shipment status, transit times, freight costs, and operational KPIs.
- Develop customer-specific reports for service level agreements (SLAs) and delivery performance
- Identify trends in shipment delays, missing milestones and communicate to country stakeholders.
- Validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for reporting templates aligned with customer requirements.
- Present analytical findings to assigned Customer Program Manager for escalation to the branches
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Intermediate to Advance knowledge in MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and curious mindset for continuous improvements, not accepting status quo without validations
- Sufficient skill for manipulation of data analysis.
- Organized and ability to articulate thougts
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Knowledge in Macro application
- Experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics industry would be a plus
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
