We are looking for a Revit Steel Detailer to support the Steel Deck and Steel Joist division of Steel Encounters. The role focuses on producing accurate and detailed shop drawings using Autodesk Revit for steel joists, deck, and related structural components. You will work closely with U.S.-based project managers and detailers to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.

13th Month Pay
With a minimum rendered work of at least one (1) month during the calendar year, the employee shall be entitled to a 13th Month Pay equivalent to 1/12 of the employee’s gross monthly salary multiplied by the number of months worked or earned within a given calendar year to be released on or before Dec 24 of every calendar year, subject to the computation as provided by the Labor Code and other pertinent issuances of the Department of Labor and Employment.
 
Leave Credits
The employee shall be eligible to receive a maximum of ten (10) accrued leave credits during the first year of employment, with an accrual rate of 0.83 leave credits per month, commencing from the start of employment. In the employee’s second year of employment, the employee shall receive fifteen (15) accrued leave credits, with an accrual rate of 1.25 leave credits per month. In the employee’s third year of employment and thereafter, the employee shall receive twenty (20) accrued leave credits, with an accrual rate of 1.67 leave credits per month.
 
Carry over of unused leave credits
A maximum of five (5) unused leave credits at the end of the calendar year shall be carried over and may be utilized by the employee until the end of the first quarter of the succeeding year. Unused carried-over leaves at the end of the first quarter shall be forfeited.
 
HMO Principal
The employee shall be eligible for an HMO plan upon hire with coverage of Php150,000 per illness per year.
 
HMO Dependent
The employee shall be eligible to enroll two (2) free dependents upon hire and each dependent shall have a coverage of Php150,000 per illness per year. HMO eligibility and hierarchy of dependents shall be subject to the guidelines and standards of the HMO provider.
 
Group Life Insurance
The employee shall be eligible of up to Php500,000 coverage under a Group Life Insurance policy upon hire. Claims shall be subject to the general guidelines and required documentation set by the service provider. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of any claims. Exclusions and exemptions from claiming this benefit are defined under the exclusion sections of the general guidelines of the GLI policy.
 
Premium Benefits
The employee shall be entitled to Holiday Premium, Overtime Pay, and Night Differential.

The main responsibilities of a REVIT STEEL DETAILER include:

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed shop drawings in Revit for steel joists, deck materials, and associated components

• Interpret structural plans, specifications, and engineering documents

• Coordinate with project managers and senior detailers in the U.S. for revisions, clarifications, and design updates

• Ensure drawings meet quality, accuracy, and fabrication standards

• Track progress, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate project concerns

• Participate in training and continuous improvement of detailing standards and workflows

• Maintain organized project files and follow internal naming and documentation guidelines

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Drafting proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools; Revit can be trained if strong foundation)
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
    High attention to detail and accuracy in producing drawings
  • Strong spatial and basic math skills for measurements and fitting components
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with US-based teams
  • Trainability and willingness to learn steel detailing and US standards

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Hands-on Revit experience (preferably in structural or steel detailing)
  • Exposure to steel joists, steel decking, or structural steel systems
  • Familiarity with US construction or structural standards
  • Relevant educational background (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Technology)
  • Experience in producing shop drawings or fabrication-level drawings

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
