We’re looking for a high-energy, curious, and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of Flippa’s YouTube Channels vertical. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective sellers and buyers, helping them understand the value of the marketplace and guiding them toward high-quality transactions.

This role is perfect for someone who understands the power of digital media, loves discovering new creators, and is excited by the opportunity to work in a deal-driven, fast-paced environment.

This position is fully remote and will be based in Barcelona, Spain reporting to our YouTube Category Manager.

The main responsibilities of a SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE include:

As the SDR - YouTube Channel Acquisitions you will get to:

  • Proactively identify, research, and reach out to YouTube channel owners and investors
  • Conduct outbound campaigns via email, social media, and other relevant channels
  • Qualify inbound interest and move leads through the sales pipeline
  • Educate prospects on Flippa’s marketplace, valuation tools, and brokerage services
  • Collaborate with Acquisition Advisors and M&A Specialists to hand off qualified leads
  • Keep CRM systems updated and track KPIs including lead conversions and outreach performance
  • Stay informed on YouTube trends, monetization changes, and audience engagement metrics

Measures of Success:

  1. Engaged leads
  2. Leads to live listings
  3. Added MPV

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Preference for 2 years+ of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (startup or marketplace experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills; you know how to start a conversation and keep it going
  • Analytical mindset – you understand metrics like RPM, CPM, and subscriber growth
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and manage follow-ups
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment
  • Passionate about the creator economy, digital assets, and online entrepreneurship

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Experience in the creator/influencer economy or with YouTube as a platform
  • Previous work with a marketplace, brokerage, or M&A environment
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Youtube Studio, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
