As a Sales Operations Analyst specializing in the sales commission process, you will play a key role in administering sales compensation plans and supporting the month-end close activities. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, as you will manage and oversee sales participants' compensation plans, directly impacting their commission payouts.

• Assist in the setup, routing, and administration of sales compensation plans (ICP) for new hires and existing employees.
• Ensure precise recording and maintenance of all compensation plan details within the master file.
• Ensure compensation plans are reviewed and signed promptly.
• Assist in conducting audits and reviews to prepare for monthly commission processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Support the processing and distribution of SPIFF payouts in a timely manner.
• Update and maintain the Sales Headcount tracker, ensuring real-time accuracy.
• Perform regular reconciliations between the Sales Headcount tracker and FP&A’s system (Adaptive) to ensure data alignment and integrity.
• Generate and validate ad hoc reports as needed, providing accurate data to support decision-making processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in a Sales/Business Operations function
• Proficiency in Excel (Complex formulas, data analysis)
• Comfortable with change and an ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Critical thinking skills to observe, interpret, analyze, infer and explain information in a clear and concise way.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
