The Sales Support Specialist will be instrumental in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes through lead management, data organization, and support in marketing activities.

The main responsibilities of a SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST include:
- Perform exhaustive research to identify new business prospects and strategic partners, utilizing tools like Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn to compile segmented, actionable lead lists.
- Implement structured follow-up communications with various types of leads to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Prepare and maintain essential sales documentation such as term sheets and client presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows within Monday.com, including data updates, task management, and the creation of automated processes for improved team performance.
- Support the marketing team by assisting in the creation and management of content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging brand representation.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Strong ability to conduct detailed research and analytical tasks to support business development efforts.
- Proficient in CRM software, preferably Monday.com, with the capability to manage databases and automate workflows effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Experience in handling confidential and complex documents, with a keen understanding of term sheet preparation and client communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Experience with social media management and content creation, including the ability to draft engaging posts and monitor social interactions.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and strategies to support promotional activities and enhance online presence.
- Aptitude for learning and integrating new technologies that enhance sales and marketing processes.
- Interest in continual process improvement and the ability to propose and implement innovative solutions.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
