Oversee Salesforce user creation and administration, including access, permissions, roles, and data uploads. Implement and maintain custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, process builders, and validation rules. Handle basic admin tasks like user management and layout updates. Write and execute test cases, validate changes made by developers, and assist with testing in production and sandbox environments.

The main responsibilities of a SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR include:
- User and Access Management: Oversee user creation, manage access, permissions, role assignments, and data uploads.
- System Customization: Implement and maintain custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
- Administrative Support: Handle basic Salesforce tasks such as user management, permissions, and layout adjustments.
- Testing and Validation: Write and execute test cases, validate changes made by developers, and assist with testing enhancements in production and sandbox environments.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of Salesforce (SFDC) administration experience, with a focus on Salesforce Lightning.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Certification: Salesforce Administration Certification is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
