• Preparing account reconciliations and account subledgers based on general ledger information.
• Perform attestation engagements (Financial statement review and compilation) by preparing account reconciliations, lead sheets, and required checklists.
• Maintaining documentation for accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reporting packages, and other financial reports prepared in accordance with US GAAP or another specialized framework instructed by the client.
• Identify departures from US GAAP and provide suggestions and recommendations to the POSI US team or client.
• Take ownership of client engagements by being the primary client contact for assigned tasks.
• Preparing US corporate and/or individual income tax returns
• Preparing sales/use tax, property tax, and/or other local tax returns
• Perform research on basic to intermediate level topics on US GAAP and US tax regulations (Resources will be provided as needed)
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Staff Accountants through review of the work performed.
• Directly engage with third-party auditors of clients to respond to audit requests and address questions from auditors.
• Collaborate with team members to execute various accounting tasks successfully.

• Bachelor's Degree in any Accounting related courses.
• At least 5 years of working experience is similar to the role in public or private accounting.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
• Must be detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working for Financial Reporting in an outsourcing company is preferred.
