Axonius is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable / Billing Analyst to join our dynamic CFO organization. The main responsibilities of a SENIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE BILLING ANALYST include:
- Take full ownership and manage the creation of Netsuite invoicing schedules from contracts/purchase orders and SalesForce opportunities in partnership with the Order Management Team
- Take full ownership and manage invoice generation, customer billing, and collections processes globally
- Collaborate with customers, sales, and management to resolve various issues, including billing inquiries or disputes and providing statements of accounts
- Provide timely resolution of past due and disputed items with customers to ensure continued business relationships
- Analyze information and communicate to supervisor as needed to determine the next course of action, including providing regular reports to supervisor and executives on the collections status of customer accounts
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including follow-up dates and next steps
- Manage account adjustments and write-offs in accordance with company policies
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Identify resolution of larger scale issues, which negatively impact customer experience
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and subledger with the general ledger in the month-end close process
- Perform other duties as assigned
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of billing/invoicing and collections experience
- Systems experience with Salesforce and Netsuite
- Extremely organized and high attention to detail with very strong ability to maintain confidential financial files
- Clear and highly precise verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience working with Google Drive/Docs/Sheets and MS Office Suite (strong Excel knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to gain trust and confidence with customers, management, and peers
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth atmosphere
- Collaborative, positive, team player with a commitment to outstanding customer service with external and internal stakeholders
- Effectively manage workload to deadlines, including a sense of urgency in delivery and prioritization of tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of billing and collection principles with the ability to reconcile credits and debits
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Proven history of successful dispute reconciliation/troubleshooting
- Ability to identify root cause issues, offer possible solutions and/or next course of action
- BA/BS degree
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
