The company is now expanding beyond traditional research to create AI-powered ecosystems that connect, educate, and empower healthcare professionals worldwide. About the Product GRG Health’s have an in-house HCP engagement and research platform that manages respondent onboarding, survey execution, incentive payouts, and campaign communication across global studies. We are now developing its version 2.0 — an AI-driven, community-based platform that adds HCP forums, CME modules, intelligent respondent targeting, recruiter automation, and productivity tools like chatbots and journals, along with a mobile app for real-time engagement. Built on NodeJS, ReactJS, and MongoDB (hosted on AWS), 2.0 will be developed and scaled entirely by our internal engineering team. |

The main responsibilities of a SENIOR BACKEND ENGINEER (PYTHON). include:
| • Develop REST and GraphǪL APIs for new modules (community, CME, AI integration). • Maintain and refactor existing NodeJS services to improve performance and modularity. • Integrate third-party tools (face recognition, payment, SMS/email, AI endpoints). • Implement job queues, caching, and API rate limiting. • Write unit/integration tests and maintain documentation. |
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
| • NodeJS (Express / NestJS), MongoDB, Redis, AWS (Lambda/ECS). • Familiar with Python/FastAPI integration for AI microservices. • Experience in building scalable, secure, multi-tenant architectures. • Startup background preferred — “builder mindset.” • Hands-on coding ability is non-negotiable for all roles. • Strong ownership and ability to work in lean teams. • Communication clarity and delivery focus > theoretical credentials. |
