The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a subject matter expert in Meta Ads and Business Suite, with extensive hands-on experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising. This individual will be responsible for driving the strategic development, execution, and ongoing optimization of advanced digital marketing campaigns for SOCi’s clients across multiple markets. Serving as the organization's primary expert in Meta advertising tools, this role supports the Professional Services team by providing deep strategic insights, innovative solutions, and technical guidance for paid social media campaigns.

The main responsibilities of a SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER include:

  • Strategically plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to create and capture demand through paid social channels, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives. 
  • Serve as the SME for Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and related technologies by establishing best practices and repeatable processes for launching digital campaigns, guiding internal teams and clients on best practices and new opportunities 
  • Drive innovation and experimentation, including development and implementation of comprehensive testing frameworks to continually refine and optimize ad campaign performance against defined KPIs
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on Meta advertising campaigns, providing expert-level optimization strategies, ensuring alignment with specific client objectives, campaign budgets, and desired outcomes
  • Successfully manage and optimize performance for a diverse book of business across multiple clients and industries, tailoring strategies to each client’s unique goals.
  • Remain adaptable to evolving role responsibilities as required by business objectives and organizational needs
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and clearly communicate key results and recommendations to stakeholders through detailed written reports and customer-facing calls

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Facebook Business Manager, with a track record of successfully executed campaigns.
  • Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing strategy.
  • Exceptional skills in creating high-performing ad strategies, compelling ad copy, and visual content aligned with client-specific KPIs.
  •  Strategic thinker with an ability to assess data, industry trends, and client objectives to  develop thoughtful digital marketing strategies. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of simultaneously managing multiple large-scale advertising initiatives.
  • Superior communication skills to effectively deliver insights, strategies, and performance outcomes to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Preferred proficiency in additional analytics and reporting tools such as Meta reporting tools, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Preferred experience managing and optimizing digital marketing strategies for multiple U.S.-based clients.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Professional Services Only: Preferred experience managing a book of business with multiple clients, ideally U.S.-based

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
