The main responsibilities of a SENIOR EXPENSE SPECIALIST include:
- Process and review expense reports and credit card transactions.
- Reconcile monthly statements and prepare journal entries.
- Maintain expense and cardholder records.
- Collaborate with employees/managers to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end close, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Partner with Accounting and FP&A for accurate reporting.
- Identify process improvements and support ad hoc projects.
- Working with anyone company-wide, answering questions regarding expense reports.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in exmployee expense
- Experience in any expense management systems (Expensify, Concur, Navan, Ramp).
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in any ERP systems (NetSuite).
- Employee Expense System - Navan and Ramp
- ERP - Netsuite
- Bachelor's Degree
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Preferrably in the SaaS industry
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
