The Senior Graphic Designer at Enseo is a key creative contributor responsible for bringing our 
brand, products, and customer experiences to life through compelling visual design. This role 
requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and business understanding to develop 
innovative design solutions across digital, print, and environmental platforms. The Senior 
Graphic Designer collaborates across departments—including marketing, sales, product, and 
customer success—to deliver designs that inspire, inform, and engage.

The main responsibilities of a SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER include:

  • Maintain and enforce Enseo’s brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment 
    across all creative assets. Provide strategic input on brand identity and design standards to 
    keep them fresh and modern over time.
  • Manage end-to-end creative projects, including gathering brand assets, creating mockups, 
    incorporating feedback, and finalizing deliverables.
  • Design a wide variety of marketing and sales collateral (presentations, digital campaigns, 
    trade show assets and large-scale graphics, case studies, product one sheets).
  • Collaborate with printers, agencies, and other external partners to prepare files for 
    production.
  • Partner with hotel properties to design and execute a custom UI for TVs in room as well as in 
    public spaces.
    •  Develop a proposal based on hotel’s brand standards, imagery, and preferences.

    • Supply revisions as requested to finalize theme and then manage any change 
      requests.

    •  Build out theme in our proprietary software (training will be provided)

  • Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices; proactively bring new 
    ideas to the team.

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support company events, campaigns, and 
    product launches.

  • Other duties as assigned

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility across digital, print, and branding 
projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency with 
additional tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Canva a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and user-centered 
design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly to both 
creative and non-creative audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet tight 
deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance creativity with practical business needs.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently when 
needed.
• Willing to work Graveyard shifts (Philippines Nighttime / U.S. Daytime) or a few hours to 
overlap with the U.S. business hours.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications or related field preferred
Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design
Knowledge & Expertise: 
• Advanced knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and brand identity systems.
• Experience designing for both digital (web, social media, presentations, motion 
graphics) and print (brochures, signage, trade show assets).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web standards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preparing files for both print and digital production.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is a plus.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Working Conditions: This is a full-time remote position/office type environment. 
Physical Activities: Occasional standing, stooping, and lifting up to 15 pounds
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and speaking 
on a telephone. Frequent repetitive motions.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
