About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Senior Marketing Specialist to support
and enhance our B2C marketing function.
This is a hands-on, senior-level role suited to someone with over 10+ years of experience who has
previously managed end-to-end marketing activities within a B2C business. The successful candidate
will bring a strong balance of strategic thinking and execution, with the ability to generate new ideas,
challenge existing approaches, and drive measurable improvements across all marketing channels.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this individual will play a key role in elevating overall
marketing performance and contributing to business growth.

The main responsibilities of a SENIOR MARKETING SPECIALIST include:
Key Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Manager in driving overall marketing performance and customer
acquisition
Oversee and optimise campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, email marketing,
and creative execution
Collaborate with and help coordinate external agencies across different marketing functions
Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies and new growth initiatives
Provide input and direction on creative assets, including video and email campaigns
Execute marketing activities where required, maintaining a strong hands-on approach
Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
Bring forward new ideas and proactively suggest improvements to existing strategies
Ensure consistency and effectiveness across all marketing efforts
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Key Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in marketing, primarily within B2C environments
Proven experience managing or contributing significantly to full-funnel marketing within a
business
Strong generalist skill set across multiple marketing disciplines (not limited to one channel)
Solid understanding of performance marketing, particularly paid social platforms such as Meta
and TikTok
Experience working alongside or managing agencies is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to generate ideas and drive continuous improvement
Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and ROI
Comfortable working in a hands-on role with evolving priorities
Confident in sharing opinions, challenging ideas, and contributing to strategic discussions
Full professional proficiency in English
Non-Negotiable / Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a
related field
10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong
focus on B2C marketing
Marketing generalist with experience managing and
optimizing full-funnel campaigns
Expertise in paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok)
with Google Ads as secondary
Experience in paid acquisition / performancedriven
marketing models
Experience scaling paid media campaigns
Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven
decision-making experience - should be
comfortable presenting recommendations and
proposing new initiatives
Experience supporting US/UK/AU markets
Nice to Have
Previous experience working within a marketing
agency environment
Worked in financial services/tax industry
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

Experience within financial services/ tax industry
Experience working in high-volume lead generation environments
Exposure to businesses with strong paid acquisition models
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
