Revenue Assurance Senior Specialist is responsible for establishing and implementing a comprehensive evaluation of a company's revenue cycle to ensure proper revenue are realized, usage of the revenue and bloke leakages. Periodically reconcile the customer account totals with the general ledger accounts and ensure that the customer is current with all their accountabilities due to company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of invoices to be created and prepared correctly according to executed contracts (key accounts)
• Prepare the monthly revenue accruals for sending to General Accounting
• Oversee day-to-day operation & handle escalations
• Investigate and resolve any disputes raised by the clients regarding monthly billings
• Perform the monthly account reconciliations and general ledger activities
• Work with cross-functional teams in resolving financial and revenue related issues
• Resolve critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information about payment transactions, lease terms and contract related items
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by his/her superiors

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Must have 3-year experience from similar field
• Proficiency in the use of any accounting system preferably NetSuite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of revenue related risks & internal controls, accounting principles and procedures
