We’re looking for a Senior Writer who can lead copy and script development across brands, formats, and platforms. This role requires strong marketing judgment, fast execution, and the ability to guide other writers with minimal oversight.

Portfolio Requirements:
- Portfolio demonstrating marketing and brand writing across multiple formats, including scripts, ads, and landing pages
AI & Tooling
- Familiarity with AI tools and large language models as part of the writing workflow
- Ability to use AI to support drafting and iteration without compromising originality, brand voice, or editorial judgment
Reporting & Ownership
- Reports to the Creative Director
- Capable of leading smaller projects independently from brief through delivery

The main responsibilities of a SENIOR WRITER include:
- Translate creative and brand strategy into clear, compelling messaging in close collaboration with the Creative Director and Art Director
- Write high-performing copy and scripts across a wide range of advertising formats and platforms, including but not limited to UGC, paid social, video, static, traditional ads, landing pages, and email
- Act as second-in-command under the Head Writer / Creative Director to help guide, review, and elevate the writing team
- Edit and elevate junior and mid-level writers’ work; provide clear, direct, and actionable feedback
- Apply client feedback and deliver revisions with fast, reliable turnaround times
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Graphic Designers, and Editors to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 5+ years of professional writing experience (performance marketing, brand, or agency preferred)
- Strong grasp of marketing and copywriting principles: positioning, value propositions, persuasion, and conversion psychology
- Proven ability to write across multiple formats and platforms (UGC, ads, social, web, email, video, static, traditional), with flexibility beyond these
- Strong command of Western communication style; able to write naturally for US/EU/AU audiences
- Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal guidance
- Strong editorial judgment and mentoring capability
- Comfortable working fast, iterating, and handling multiple brands simultaneously
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Background in performance marketing
- Experience working with DTC and e-commerce brands
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
