As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operational excellence of for each of the sites, Alabang and Clark. This role is primarily focused on people leadership, ensuring smooth coordination across technical, logistical, and operational functions. You will oversee teams handling inventory, hardware, network support, procurement, and shift leaders supervising robot teleoperators.

- Rellatrix - controls the robots and performs the work. Long distance remote controls.

The main responsibilities of a SITE MANAGER include:
- Site Operations Management – Oversee daily operations of either Alabang or Clark sites, ensuring that all systems, infrastructure, and support functions operate efficiently and reliably.
- People Leadership & Development – Lead a diverse team including shift leads, technical support, and operations staff. Drive performance management, career development, and employee engagement across all shifts and locations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with leadership, HR, and technical departments to align site operations with business objectives. Ensure effective communication and escalation management between sites and headquarters.
- Infrastructure & Asset Oversight – Supervise inventory, hardware, and network infrastructure to guarantee uptime and operational continuity. Manage procurement processes to ensure timely supply of essential materials and equipment.
- Performance & Process Improvement – Monitor site KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Health, Safety & Compliance – Ensure either of the sites adhere to safety, regulatory, and company compliance standards. Promote a culture of accountability and operational discipline.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership role overseeing site operations.
- Strong background in people management, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with hardware, network, and procurement processes in a technology-enabled or operations-driven setting.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on management style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel between Alabang and Clark sites as needed.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
