We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Performance Marketing and Social Media Manager. In this hybrid position, you will be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and conversion across various digital channels while maximizing the impact of our social media presence and our UGC content. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our content creation team and contribute to the development of engaging content across various digital platforms; specifically, you will be working closely in collaboration with a video editor, copywriter, and account manager.

 

The main responsibilities of a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness on Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok
  • Manage social media accounts including but not limited to META (Facebook, Instagram) Twitter, and TikTok, Youtube ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content.
  • Create and publish compelling social media content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, to increase follower engagement and drive traffic to our website.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align performance marketing efforts with content creation initiatives, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and social media management.

 

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, and social media management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conclude, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc., and social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools, and integrating them into the workflow to increase efficiency and streamline tasks.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Passion for digital marketing, social media, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Independent thinker and takes initiative.

 

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Fluent/Native speaker in English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity & interest in US pop culture

 

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
