The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that engage, grow, and activate our community. This role requires a deep understanding of gaming culture, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand and promote to the gaming audience.

• Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on engagement, community growth, and brand/product advocacy in the gaming sector.
• Social Calendar Management: Develop and maintain social media calendar.
• Content Creation & Management: Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with gaming communities to build strong relationships and maintain a positive brand image.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions, leveraging social media to maximize reach and impact.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with overall marketing efforts.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on gaming industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, etc.) and their respective audiences.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Creative mindset with a passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of current gaming trends.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
• Familiarity with SEO and paid online advertising.
• Experience engaging with online gaming communities or esports platforms.
