We are looking for a motivated and talented Software Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development, work on real projects, and learn from experienced professionals in the field.

The main responsibilities of a SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INTERN include:

  • Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and test software applications.
  • Assist in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting software issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for software projects.
  • Learn and apply new technologies and best practices in software development.
  • Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks related to software development.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages such as C#, Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Knowledge of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning is also a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Preferably with 300 to 800++ hours (about 1 month+) internship requirements

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Python
  • OpenAI
  • C# .Net
  • Node JS
  • Database (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript 
  • React, Vue or Angular
  • TypeScript

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
