We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team.

You'll have a minimum of five years' commercial experience developing modern web applications and a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality software using modern technologies.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable developing robust backend systems in Laravel and crafting polished, responsive frontend applications in React.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers and fellow Engineers to understand client challenges, shape technical solutions and deliver high-quality digital products from discovery through to deployment. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems as much as writing code and who takes pride in building software that delivers measurable value for our clients and exceptional experiences for their users.

The main responsibilities of a SR. FULL STACK ENGINEER include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel and React.
  • Build modern administration systems using Filament.
  • Develop secure RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Work alongside Product Managers to understand business requirements and recommend the best technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that faithfully implement approved designs.
  • Produce clean, maintainable and reusable code following modern engineering standards.
  • Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions and sprint planning.
  • Accurately estimate development effort and identify technical risks.
  • Perform peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
  • Debug, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure applications remain performant, secure and scalable.
  • Contribute to automated testing, documentation and deployment processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies and engineering practices that improve product quality and delivery.

React (Essential)

  • Strong commercial React development experience.
  • Building modern component-based applications.
  • State management using modern React patterns.

Front End Technologies

  • TypeScript.
  • JavaScript (ES6+).
  • HTML5.
  • CSS3.
  • Tailwind CSS.

User Interface Development

Exceptional attention to detail is essential.

You will be expected to:

  • Translate approved UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect React applications.
  • Deliver consistent experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
  • Produce clean, reusable and maintainable front-end components.
  • Ensure smooth interactions, transitions and overall usability.
  • Work collaboratively with Designers to preserve design integrity throughout development.

AI-Assisted Engineering

AI is an integral part of how we build software.

We're looking for developers who embrace AI as a professional engineering tool to improve productivity, software quality and delivery efficiency.

You'll be expected to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude or similar throughout your daily workflow to:

  • Assist with solution architecture and technical planning.
  • Break down complex development tasks.
  • Generate implementation approaches.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot bugs.
  • Improve code quality and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Produce unit and integration tests.
  • Accelerate frontend component development.
  • Validate responsive layouts and browser compatibility.
  • Assist with performance optimisation.
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation.
  • Research modern development techniques and best practices.

AI is used to enhance engineering capability—not replace it. All AI-generated code and recommendations must be reviewed, validated and fully understood before implementation. Developers remain accountable for the quality, security, maintainability and performance of every solution they deliver.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
